ABOUT unusual monophonic synthesizer because it has 16 sliders for each oscillator to program (or better form and shape) the waveform by it's harmonic content in 16 steps per slider. of course not only this makes it very special and of course this is a non-moog but nevertheless interesting.
ABOUT Außergewöhnlicher monophoner Synthesizer. Grundsätzlich hat er zwei Oszillatoren, deren "Wellenformen" über 16 Regler jeweils in 16 Stufen (pro Regler) als Tribut an die Abrufbarkeit der Presets einstellbar sind. Das klingt natürlich anders als bei anderen Synthesizern.

the second decay is in fact the release - aaand there is a mod with ADSR envelopes on this one (J.M.Jarre)
it can modulate a multimode filter which can be individually mixed for each filter type (simultaneously).
a simple decay-envelope per oscillator for pitch modulation is also there.
the lfo can control filter and pitch - set individually per oscillator.

DETAILS Neben den additiven Oszillatoren gibt es die Möglichkeit dies nachträglich und frei durch ein Multimodefilter schicken kann (unabhängig regelbar für jeden Filtertyp).
Die Hüllkurven sind umschaltbar als AR oder AD/R, es gibt aber auch einen Umbau im Netz mit ADSR von Jarres Gerät. Eine kleine Pitchhüllkurve (Bend) gibt es auch jeweils pro Oszillator. Ja, die beiden Decay-Regler sind funktional nach heutigem Verständnis Decay und Release.

SOUND strange pads and drones - other than todays additive synths of course and a little bit cheesy - but individually different cheesiness. rock solid stability of the oscillators, so it's not problem
SOUND Sonderbare Flächen und Sounds, die weit weg von heutigen Additiven liegen aber ihren eigenen halb-cheesigen Charakter haben. stimmstabil ist auch.

THE MANUFACTURER
Ein US Hersteller, der zunächst Orgeln baute und sich beim Thema Synthesizer an additiven Konzepten versucht. Das war durchaus ungewöhnlich sich spektralen Syntheseformen zuzuwenden und für die Zeit enorm selten und innovativ.
